the digital surveillance recorder equipped with a hard disk drive. The WJ-HD500
makes surveillance systems more easy to use and more effective than ever, with
hard-disk benefits including high durability and elimination of image
degradation caused by repeated recording and reproduction, ultra-fast writing
and retrieval, and easier media management --- no need to change or file tape
cassettes. The advanced triplex feature allows simultaneous live monitoring,
recording, and reproduction. The multiple-recording feature allows automatic
recording of images from different times and locations. Image search and
retrieval is fast. Plus, optional add-on units allow long image recording from
even large surveillance systems. Optional boards allow it to be incorporated in
100Base-T LANs and WANs. The WJ-HD500: no system does a better job of combining
advanced surveillance functions with the modular flexibility to meet the needs
of even the largest and most diverse security applications.
